so this weekend i finally got the time to go out and buy this c.d. i've been wanting to get. If i like/have enough respect for the band, yes, i will actually go out to my local Best Buy/FYE to purchase the actually c.d.
I get to the store and the c.d. was $15 for 11 songs.
"it'll probably be cheaper in target" i tell myself.
my ma says to just get it that it'll only be like a dollar difference so i purchase it.
guess what. Target had a dearl cd/dvd for 12 bucks.
thats two bucks cheaper for twice as much shit.

what the fuck is wrong with some people in this world??
upon logging into AOL to check my email, there was a headline of a woman being accused of drugging her daughter and 'bizzare' and 'pregnancy' were words incorporated with that headline. Girls now a days are having sex and a younger and younger age, so naturally, i was interested (especially in the drugs part. tehee. jk).
So the mother gave her daughter alcohol and drugs in hopes that the mom's boyfriend would rape her thus conceiving a baby that the mother and the boyfriend can have.
all i can say is are.you.fucking.serious.
that lady is sick SICK. the girl is only THIRTEEN YEARS OLD. had she not thought about what would happen to her daughter?? no. probably not. people now a days are so self obsessed. They are sooo blindslightened and unaware of the fact that their choices can also effect the lives of those around them.
ugh.
simply dispicable.....
On a lighter note, spring break startes next week.

yesterday was SAT's = suckage. it was a badd. dayy. yesterday. after falling asleep when i came home i spent my whole night at home =(
i called christina though and she and the rest of the lovins were at dan's house to visit chloe. she sounds like a cute lil thing. haha.
today i drove. hallelujah(sp). it was only the fourth(4th)time i'm driven. I am 17 and supposed to have my limited license biiatchh. but, unfortunatly i don't. oh wells, at least we're makin some progressssss.

I did something i've been putting off for a week in fear of rejection and akwardness. However, time was running out and it was a now-or-never deal so i went with it.
and it was a huge success.
and now things have worked out for the better.

so guess what.
my friend came to today asking if i wanna sleep over for we will venture north
to watch a sports game of her brothers and she proposed going to the movies to
see Friday the 13th. Only, where were from, and, with certain people in this town,
doing something as simple as that has to have a twist on it. So she called me up
asking if i was still going tomorrow and she sounded really paranoid. she said the movie
'scared the shit outta her' and the fact that she was high made me lol a little at how awfully horrifying that movie musta been for her. hahah poor things...
i wanna go tomorrow, but its supposed to be cold and raining. not nice conditions for an outdoor sporting event... hm...

My last lj comment was by christina expressing the sheer excitement of our italy trip. What sadness it brings upon me that that trip is now over. I will forever treasure those memories and hold them close to me. The trip was absolutly amazing. the architecture was breath taking and the fact that i went with some of my closest friends just added to the perfectness. yes, it was a bit cold for my taste of 'vacation weather,' but i was bundeled up nicely and the spectacularness of my surroundings made up for it. i find it funny how looking through my facebook albumbs, the most recently posted ones are of either those who went on the trip (a good 50 of my peers, some who i became personally aqauinted with, others whose friendships we had grew) or of those who id home during this break and got drunk (unfortunatly typical). I really am so sad its over. i went to work today (hoping that ill get some'more moolah from all the SHOPPING I Did) but, that was slightly a bad choice for now, at 8:33 pm i realize that i am still a good amount jet lagged (work wasnt the most pleasant today) and that i still have a good amount of hw to do, including my reading for english which i KNEW i should've done on the plane... aghh... it snowed today. how wierd it is that yesterday i was walking around in a track suit and boots only. Oh how much do i miss that spectacular land. I miss the rolling hills and the 18 hours spent with my friends, the old and the new. I miss Markus with a k and pass being drunk and us going SHOPPING and talking about JOVANOTTI!! tomorrow is the first day back from a routine of day. it is going to suck, i'm tellin' ya. I've got 2 tests to make up, of which i can't do tomorrow cuz of mock trial. the teachers are gunna be mad that i can't make it up in an instance and i am going to be damned tired. my mom bought me a new bedroom set while i was away. that was exciting! she also took all the shit off my walls which i was very thankful of for i was planing to do so myself as soon as i got home. i cannot wait to print my pics of italia and post the beloved framed memories all over my room, a reminder of the customs of another land, a foreign one with so much love and culture held within it. I had french fries and chicken nuggets today. real american food (haha) along with capt'n crunch for breakfast. It's good to be home, i missed my parents and my dog and i'm excited to see my friends again. but i also miss the green grass and history that was captivated in italy. perhaps i will study abroad there? that would be nice =]
being glad for the change of pace and greatful for such a wonderfull experience

I'm supposed to be studying for social studies right now, which, i have been, but reguardless of how many hours i've spent studying thus far, i feel like not a miligram( this is being exaggerated a bit) of information that is has been rendered useful to know for this exam has been retained in my mind. If only they had audiobooks for subjects. that would be grand, i could listen to a voice while reading it in my head! that sounds a little creepy though... haha. so yes, i will finish my procrastination involving the lovely internet/world wide web after writing these thoughts that have been floating through my mind.
1. It kinda boggles my mind (slightly repitiative, pardon me, =] that teachers don't all
exactly teach. They put notes on the board and then u copy them and take a test. OR they lecture endlessly for 40 minutes. For some teachers and subjects this works, others, it doesn't. thats just my opinion however. Also, it kinda gets me a little agrivated when teachers teach in subjects in which they are not specialized in. I know it would most likly mean an influx of teachers in these little schools, and, more funding/taxes will be needed in order to accomadate such matters, but still, don't teach something you're not fully prepared in and think you're hot shit.
Another thing that has been bothering me is teachers and they're grading. When you have a test/ quiz every 2 days and half the class is failing don't you think there's something wrong?? i mean, not everyone wants to stay after EVERY.SINGLE.DAY. to get help/review but wouldn't you consider slowing down the pace or a different form of teaching the material in hopes that you're class will learn it more efficiently??
2. This is a little wierd, lol, but i've always wondered if a celebrity/musician etc. of her personal liking (i'm talking apparence wise) went to your school or worked at an office would you think the same of them? i'm talking about before the fame. Everyone's always saying that he/she is 'soooo hott!!!' and i've always wondered if they're opinions would be the same if you knew more about they're life and they didn't have so much dough(i was gunna use money, but dough, haha cookie dough, pizza dough, 'GO GETCHUR DOUGH!' [who killed]the dough boy, the pilsbury dough boy. lol sorry, sorry)
3. Why the heck did they resechedule winter formal midterms week? i don't mean to sound like a self-obsorbent snobby girl type, but i am going to be stressing out SOO much this week aka i'll be eating a loadddd of food (this started today, and then i realized this and freaked, but i had at least 4 ritz crackers with cheese after coming to this conclusuion anyways, i got more freaked out, i ate more, this is nott good)and i have to be able to fit into my dress on friday... oh gee whiz!
I CANNOT wait 'till Italy. thats all i have to look foward to. but, unfortunatly after Italy comes SATS(eff, eff, effff!!) and after SATS comes finals and regents and more SATS and the works, but THEN comes the summer and no school and SWIM TEAM!!! yayyyyyy!! haha. so yeah, thats pretty much how the scheduling of the rest of the year for me is like. then of course you've gotta throw in some chaos and gossip and possible love interests, even though, that hasn't really been working out to well for me, ohh wells, 'all mah single lady's all mah single ladys!' haha shaw was humming this during a math test, ohh shaw!

I have a lot of stuff to say. mostly opinions on things, but, no one wants to hear that, so enough said. anyway's i'm watching Fight Club right now. It's a realllyy good movie, i heard the book was great, just my genre. haha. Break began today and i'm happy for that. however, as per usual, i unfortunatly have multiple decisions to make. it seems as if every time i actually have plans made, something has to conflict it. every time latly, the same shit everyy time. anways yeah, my choices are this show saturday night, seeing my friend i havn't seen in a while, going to a work dinner(to the contrary of most people, i acutually like the people i work with) or, do community service which sounds really cute.
if only we could be in more places than once,
all my problems would be solved....

omg ElJAYY!! hahahahha. how long it has been since i last used this wonderful website! it remindes of back-in-the-day, middle school, to be exact, whered we had no worries(other than being/not being invited to so-and-so's bar/bat mitzvah and stuff of that sort. Oh, those were the days... when all of us thought that we were just tooo cool and an 80 on a test might as well've been a 60. Anywhos, lets take this b!tch back to present day...
Today Pass pulled a group of us aside to talk about the Italy Trip. I am SO stoked its a little rediculous. Like, even if we did NOTHING the people that are going are a majority of my closest friends, and to be able to spend so much time as such and to view an amazing, beautiful, mezmorizing place like that with them is all i can ask for. The hotel room is going to be Crayy-zee i am sooo excited! Although, does anyone know what kind of clothes the italian wear in February? this is gettin me a lil iffy, i've searched the internet for a couple of hours but didn't really find anything of good interest/knowledge. hmm but yeahh i am EXTREMLY excited and i want to write more but my keyboard is being wierdd and its pissing me off so ciao!

Heyy everyone !!! HAPPY FOURTH OF JULY !!!!! yay !! I hope your'all havin fun!!! My block is soo boring so no fireworks and stuff are happening now !!! Yesterday i went to Licia's. That was fun. DAni was there and my bro went. We went in her hot tub. ahhh... lol. Very nice and relaxing. we saw fireworks that her couldasac was givin. lol. that was fun. I went diving yesterday but no swimming yesterday or 2day !!! yay!!! lol i got to sleep in which is always good. I think matt is coming this week... pretty sure. that should b interesting with him and alyssa... lol. So yeah our first meet is Saturday !!! I'm soo excited !!!! Im goin on vacation monday!! That should b fun even though i am gunna b missing the WILLOWBROOK meet! ughh. I am soo po'd. man and there coming HERE too which makes matters even worse. Gosh. hey everyone. 2day was fun. I saw Superman with the family and then hung around the mall with alicia and dani. Superman was pretty good. It wasn't as bad as i heard a review said it was. After that it was pretty hot outside so Alicia and I went over to Dani's house. we chilled at her pool with her friend Phil. lol. The week was pretty fun. Erika and Eboney came over yesterday and we went to the pool. Ian wasn't there =( but i think my neighbor lifeguards. I saw Steph G and Dorrie. That was cool.I'm watchin how to lose a guy in 10 days right now. Listening to music and ended a pretty ghetto chat with leigha, gay john, and chirs. Yo Everyone. sup?? kinda tearful; England lost to Portagal at PKs. Englands out of the world cup =( Rooney got REd carded and Beckham was still sick =( Yesterday was fun. Swimming and Jess's was fun too. I suck at the 100 free!! lol stupid flip-turns !! lol. No practice monday and tuesday !! woot lol. we're timing backstroke on wed :-/ THursday was like the best day all summer. lol. Laura and I went to JUnior Lake and Ian :* Then we saw Molly. haha . that was fun. Here brother was the pretty good looking lifegaurd that we saw during practice. lol . Funny stuff. well I'm excited the FOUR required books this summer for school. And anticipating the 4th book is gunna b a thick one being that its for honors english. HeY Everyone !!! this is gunna b a quick update, the fool should b here any time, we're going to the pool. Yay!! today is like the first somewhat all sunny day we've had in weeks!!! It was pouring this morning tho; i missed diving cuz of that, but now its pretty nice out. 2day we had time trials fro fly...errr...fly. lol. Yesterday was fun. I went into town with the bast's and then i went to see naco libre with some pretty awsome ppl well gotta go
